Mask

  1. Start on dry or damp hair before you shampoo.
  2. Massage into your scalp and let it sit for 20–30 minutes.
  3. Rinse, or follow with the shampoo.
  4. Use two or three times a week.

Shampoo

  1. Apply to wet hair.
  2. Massage into your scalp until it lathers.
  3. Rinse well afterwards.
  4. Use as your regular shampoo as needed.

Conditioner

  1. After shampooing, massage conditioner through your hair from mid-length to ends.
  2. Leave it for two minutes.
  3. Rinse thoroughly.
  4. Use every time you shampoo.

Spray

  1. Spray directly onto your scalp between washes.
  2. Leave it in. There is nothing to rinse.
  3. Use as often as your scalp wants throughout the week.
