At Purist, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you promptly and in excellent condition. We currently ship our products exclusively to addresses within the United States, utilizing the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS or FedEx for reliable and efficient delivery.

Shipping Costs and Times:

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. We aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible and occasionally offer promotions that include free shipping.
  • Delivery Times: While we process orders within 1-2 business days, the typical delivery time can vary between 2-5 business days depending on your location and the efficiency of your local postal service. Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to external factors outside of our control such as severe weather or postal service interruptions.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment’s progress directly on the USPS website.

Special Shipping Situations:

  • PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We are happy to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. However, transit times may be longer.
