I found this product after trying the spray. Both are great products that have really helped with my flaky, dry and itchy scalp. I apply the mask on dry roots prior to showering, I really massage it in, let it sit for at least 30 min and then follow with the shampoo in the shower. I really appreciate that the product is all natural using really great high quality ingredients, there are no unnecessary ingredients or toxic fragrances but the smell doesn’t bother me at all! I’ve seen really great results and definitely recommend.
